This 12 hour course offers the participants the opportunity to understand Terrorism, Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear threats, how to infuse responses to terrorism and CBRN threats to into your crisis plan, addresses community risk and information sharing and offers you an inside look at crisis responses through the use of crisis response drills and assessments of real life situations. This program was developed for educators, First Responders and community agencies.

The Introduction will begin by going over the Educational Impact, Nova Southeastern University and Signature Science Alliance. Then give an explanation of the need for practical knowledge to fight terrorism.

Adam Hamilton
Adam Hamilton is the president and CEO of Signature Science, LLC, in Austin, Texas. Signature Science is a professional science and engineering services company that is an affiliate of the Southwest Research Institute (SwRI). The company is perhaps best known for its breadth and depth in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) anti-terrorism expertise.

Judy Rennick
Judy Rennick, M.A., LCDC, is a licensed nonviolent intervention instructor, a licensed chemical dependency counselor, the founding director of the Texas School Safety Center, and the former supervisor of a gang rehabilitation center in Chicago. Also, she was the director of a federal Youth Gang Prevention Planning Grant, director of the Classroom Management Discipline Grant, and director of the Juvenile Justice Video Instruction Project.

Byron Sage
Byron A. Sage retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after more than 28 years of service. Prior to his retirement, he was assigned as the national and international crisis negotiation program manager within the FBI's Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG).

Tony Arasi
Tony Arasi currently serves as an educational consultant to schools and school systems, providing professional services that include leadership and staff development training, site-based planning and design, professional assistance, policy development and review, and program evaluations, as well as local school and school district assessments.
